We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of iconik, our Media Asset Management platform. You’ll own a core product area, turn real customer workflows into product direction, and partner closely with engineering, design and GTM teams to deliver meaningful improvements for media teams worldwide. You’ll balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities, and represent the product internally and externally.

You will:

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of iconik, focused on media workflows.

• Translate customer workflows and pain points into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.

• Drive improvements across key MAM capabilities (e.g., asset organization, metadata, search, permissions, rights/usage management), depending on team needs.

• Define success and guide prioritization using customer insight and product data to set metrics, evaluate trade-offs, and measure impact.

• Partner with engineering and design to ship scalable, reliable capabilities — from discovery through launch and iteration.

• Communicate product direction and decisions clearly to internal teams and customers.
  

This role combines both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day product work while also keeping a long-term view  on where your product area needs to go.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We believe great product managers combine strong product intuition with analytical rigor, excellent communication, a bias for action, and genuine curiosity about customers and technology. You’re comfortable in ambiguity and know how to create clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams.

We believe the right person has:

• 7+ years of experience in B2B software product management

• Successfully own the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and discovery to launch, ongoing iteration, and scaling.

• Experience from building and scaling SaaS products. 

• Strong collaboration experience in modern global agile environments with engineering and design   

•  A  data driven mindset, with the ability to define metrics, interpret results, and turn insights into action.

Bonus points if you have experience from related media workflows.
