We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Stockholm, Sweden. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, hire, and onboard amazing people globally,  blending strategy with hands-on delivery.  Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring needs and defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing , and onboarding coordination.
• Own and optimize recruitment processes to ensure structure, consistency, and compliance across all hiring activities.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers globally, advising on talent strategy and best-in-class hiring practices.
• Shape our employer brand in collaboration with our marketing team making sure our story, culture, and values come through across every candidate touchpoint.
• Support People Operations with HR data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a global SaaS environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly for global hiring and tech roles.
• Credibility to advise, influence, and coach hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and teams.
• A proactive, organized mindset — equally comfortable switching between strategy and day-to-day execution. 

Work Arrangement 

Our hybrid model balances collaboration and flexibility. You’ll be based in central Stockholm, spending three days a week in the office and two days working remotely.
